What materials are used to make your paper ice cream cups?

All of our custom ice cream cups are made with FSC-certified, FDA-compliant white kraft paper and a polycoat lining. Our recyclable ice cream cups use PE coating, while our commercially compostable cups use PLA coating. These linings ensure your ice cream cups are fully sturdy and leak-proof, preventing messy spills and sticky fingers. The cups can be disposed of through commercial recycling and composting centres, allowing you to serve fun, sweet treats with sustainability in mind.

What sizes are available for ice cream cups?

noissue's branded ice cream cups are available in four standard sizes: 4oz, 5oz, 10oz, and 16oz. This means that they're perfect for kid-sized desserts and triple-scoop treats alike. Can I get ice cream cups with lids?

We don’t currently stock ice cream cup lids - however, we do offer custom cold cups with lids which are suitable for cold and frozen treats. These are available in 12oz, 14oz, 16oz, and 20oz sizes. The convenient straw hole in the lids makes our cold cups perfect for serving ice cream floats or slushies. You can also pair these cups with a paper spoon straw to let customers enjoy sipping on their frozen dessert on the go.

What are the minimum order quantities for bulk ice cream cups?

Recyclable ice cream cup bulk orders start at a minimum of 10,000 pieces, while compostable cup orders start at 50,000 pieces. The higher your order quantity, the more you can save!

Bulk ordering allows us to use offset and flexo printing for your items. These efficient processes mean products can get to your doorstep quicker — vital if you're running an event or nearing opening day.

Are there any special storage requirements for custom printed ice cream cups?

We recommend keeping your personalized ice cream cups in cool areas well away from sunlight, such as in a cupboard or in their original packaging box. These cups are stackable and easy to store in smaller spaces. When setting out the cups to be used in your shop, we recommend keeping them rim-down on a clean surface, as this will prevent dust from accumulating inside.

How do I properly dispose of your ice cream cups after use?

Our ice cream cups can be either recycled or composted commercially, so which type of cup you choose for your frozen dessert store may depend on which facilities are most accessible to your location.
