For many locals in the South West, Busselton Pavilion is where community happens. As an all-in-one culinary destination—a gastropub, wine shop, and in-house distillery—it has everything you may want (and need) for an afternoon brunch with the team, an intimate dinner with a loved one, or a casual drink and chat with friends.

Founded in 2024 by Parker Group, the genius behind many of Australia’s beloved hospitality establishments, like the Mediterranean-inspired bar The Standard, Italian kitchen and spritz bar Ciao Daddy, and Detroit-style pizza shop Willi’s, among others, Busselton Pavilion champions everything that makes the South West and Australia so unique and exciting gastronomically.

They collaborate with local farmers for fresh produce and seasonal ingredients, source high-quality wines and beverages from in and out of Australia, and serve them in branded, sustainable food packaging for an unforgettable dining experience. All of these show their full commitment to providing exceptional food and service, from farm to table.

Tell us a bit about your brand!
Busselton Pavilion has quietly cemented itself as the South West’s go-to for good times.

Built for locals and welcomed by wanderers, the Pavilion strikes that rare balance of polish and approachability. The food is thoughtful without being showy. Behind the bar: crisp pours, classic cocktails, and a wine list that favours WA but isn’t afraid to flirt with France.

Spacious yet warm, with an open-air beer garden and sun-drenched corners, it’s the kind of venue that feels instantly familiar — and worth returning to, again and again.
Tell us about your packaging, how you’re using it, and the importance of it for your brand.
We use our custom-branded food paper as part of our plating across the venue — lining share plates, burgers, and snacks from the bar. It’s a small touch that brings a sense of polish and consistency to our presentation.

Because we serve high volumes in a casual setting, we wanted something practical that still felt elevated. The paper helps tie our brand story into each dish, even in the busiest moments of service.

What made noissue a good fit for your packaging?
noissue made the process simple from the start. Their design customisation options allowed us to stay true to our brand aesthetic, and the food-safe quality gave us full confidence using it in-service.

On top of that, their sustainability credentials were a big plus — it’s important to us to work with partners who care about quality and impact equally.

Where are you finding inspiration for Busselton Pavilion and in life at the moment?
We’re drawing inspiration straight from the South West — its producers, people, and pace. The region has such a strong identity, and we’re proud to be part of that.

Day to day, it’s the vibe in the venue that inspires us — watching locals settle in for lunch, seeing a busy Friday night unfold, hearing what people are loving. That real-time feedback fuels everything we do.
