It’s no secret that ice cream is just that dessert. It’s universally loved for its variety of flavors (sweet, tart, fruity, even savory—you name it!) and its refreshing coldness that can beat the heat in a snap. What else can make ice cream even better, then? We’d say: passion, whimsy, and a whole bunch of farm-fresh ingredients.

Down in New Hampshire’s town of Bethlehem lives a not-so-secret ice cream shop that has everything you’d need and want in your favorite frozen treat. Meet Super Secret Ice Cream, a female-owned, small-batch ice-cream company. Super Secret crafts their ice cream in-house using fruits, herbs, and other fresh ingredients directly sourced from local farms.

What began as a "super secret" ice cream shared between family and friends has grown into a neighborhood staple. Super Secret never considered compromising what made them special, despite working with a far higher demand than before. Instead, they strengthened their relationships with their local farm and produce partners and began working with noissue for a higher-quality, more planet-friendly ice cream packaging.

Tell us a bit about your brand!

We started Super Secret out of a love for ice cream and a deeper passion for supporting the small farms that make our home in the White Mountains truly unique.

Our ice cream is made in small batches using local dairy and real, whole ingredients. We’re proud to celebrate the farmers and producers in our community by crafting ice cream that’s all about quality and care.

Tell us about the design for your packaging and how you’re using them?

Our noissue packaging brings our brand to life—literally. It’s the tactile, practical thread that connects us with our customers and tells our story one bite at a time. From our waffle cones wrapped in bright, branded paper (part showstopper, part hygiene hero) to chocolate chip cookies tucked into the perfect grab-and-go bag, every detail helps us deliver joy.

Custom boxes let us spotlight flavors and fun collaborations—think a box of ice cream ‘chocolates’ in petite cups. And finally, cracking the code on packaging for our waffle cone brittle means we can now share that shop-favorite snack beyond the counter.

Working with noissue has brought joy, but it’s also deeply practical—giving us smart packaging solutions while helping us connect our customers to the heart of our brand.

What made noissue a good fit for your packaging?
